Exercises to warm-up your hands.
The main idea of this exercise is that everything
is played with only the left hand (do not use the
right!).
Lesson 1.

(TAB)
It is easy to play that way on the 1st string, because
it is thin.
Further, if you can move to the second string. It
looks like this:

If this is done, then go to the 3rd string, etc.
- and up to the 6th string.
In both of these exercises we use only 3 fingers
of our left hand, but this is the exercise for the
4th finger: play the chromatic scale without your
right hand.
Lesson 3.

(midi)
(TAB)
This chromatic scale can be start playing from any
fret. It is important that you follow the main principle
of this box construction.
Simultaneous warming-up for both hands:
Here I would like to play the chromatic scale with
a mediator going up and down every stroke. This teaches
you how to play clean.
Lesson 4.

(TAB)
This exercise should be played up to the 15th fret.
So it covers almost all the fingerboard.
Another passage, which is good both for warming-up
as well as for the development of your speed of playing:

Recommendations:
- Play all these exercises on both clean and overdriven
sound.
- Do not forget that you start from low tempo, slowly
increasing it as you playing skills develop.
